Bacon Cheeseburger with Fries

  • 1 Onion Chopped
  • 1 Clove Garlic Crushed
  • 500 g Minced Beef
  • 4 Slices Cheese
  • 8 Pieces Bacon
  • 4 Bread Rolls
  • Oven Fried


  • Fry the onion until golden brown.
  • Add garlic to the pan and fry for another 30 seconds before removing from the heat.
  • Mix the onions and garlic with the minced beef and divide into burger patties.
  • Cook the burger patties to your preference, preferably on a barbecue.
  • Put cheese on top of the burger patties for the last 30 seconds.
  • Assemble the burger, serve with fries and enjoy!

Balsamic Roasted Beets With Goat Cheese & Walnuts

  • 6 Medium-large beets  2 bunches
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt
  • 1/3 Cup Goats Cheese Crumbled


  • Preheat oven to 400F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.Remove greens, stems, and rough ends of beets. With a vegetable peeler, remove skins and cut into ~1-inch chunks.In a large bowl, toss beets with olive oil and salt until evenly coated. Spread beets onto lined baking sheet, ensuring space in between each piece. Cook in the oven for 30-35 minutes, tossing once halfway through. Beets are done once they are fork-tender.While beets cook, make balsamic dressing by adding ingredients into a small jar and shaking vigorously.Once beets are cooked, remove from oven and let cool for a few minutes. Transfer beets to a bowl and toss with balsamic dressing. Sprinkle beets with crumbled goat cheese, walnuts, and freshly chopped herbs. Enjoy!
